EMARE 14 SHOULD HAVE BEEN DESIGNED ON THE BASIS OF THE MODERN MIND, AIMING TO GIVE GENETICS TO THE NEW BUILDING SECTIONS AS THE ÇAKMAK DISTRICT. IN THIS CONTEXT, IT REVEALS ITS OWN UNIQUE CHARACTER WITH INDUSTRIAL INFLUENCES IN ITS BUILDING GENETICS.
IN ADDITION TO THE RESIDENTIAL UNITS, WE BROUGHT TOGETHER SOCIAL AND COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS IN HARMONY WITH THE TOPOGRAPHY. ANOTHER FEATURE OF THE PROJECT IS THAT THE PARKING AREA IS LEFT ON THE REAR FACADE, PROVIDING A GENEROUS VIEW TO THE LANDSCAPE AREA.
